American Renewable Fuels (ARFuels) was formed as part of an expansion program undertaken by Australian Renewable Fuels, Ltd (“ARF”) after the successful construction and commissioning of two 12 million gallon per year biodiesel production facilities in Australia. ARFuels and its engineering partner ITAC have taken the experience and technology advances gained from the Australian operations and developed the third generation technology to be implemented in two existing and one green field project planned by the company. ARFuels' vision is to become the largest producer of animal fats based biodiesel in the USA. It will maximize economies of scale in the procurement of feedstock and the shipment of finished products resulting in the most efficient operation possible.
The Company currently has three opportunities that it is pursuing, in which it intends to purchase distressed assets and retrofit the facilities to allow for multi-feedstock capabilities.
